Easy Cooking 01 (Fairy cakes)

So Today i'm starting easy cooking which is when i cook something with my own recipe and show you the recipe and how it worked out.
So today i am doing Fairy cakes or Cup cakes and if you try this please comment on how it worked out.
I find that 100 grams will do 10 big cupcakes or 16 normal sized ones

You will need:

100g of Sugar
100g of butter (preferably stork)
100g of self raising flour
half a teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs
A spatula
A Spoon
A electric mixer/wooden spoon
A bowl
A set of weights
Measuring spoons

Recipe;

1. Weigh out all of the ingredients
2. Take the sugar and butter and cream them together in a bowl using the electric mixer or wooden spoon
3. Add in the eggs, baking powder and self raising flour
4. Mix till smooth
5. Gently spoon the mixture into the cases, use the spatula to get it all in
6. Put the cupcake cases in the hot oven at 180 degrees
7. Leave until golden brown
8. Remove cupcakes from oven and leave to cool
9. When cooled cover in icing and leave icing to harden
10. Finally decorate as you wish

Conversion - 50g = 1 egg
So if you wanted 8 cupcakes you would use 50g of everything quarter of a teaspoon of baking powder and 1 egg

I hope this recipe works for you it does for me and i have been using it for years!
